And it begins...
The priest has been spoken:
"We are here in this wonderful harmony of Timmy Turner and Trixie Tang... Timmy, will you accept Trixie to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
"I do."
*sweat came out*
"...And you Trixie Tang, will you accept Timmy to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
"Si, Padre. Me encanta Timmy hasta el final del tiempo. (I really love Timmy until the end of time.)"
The priest was surprised. "What did she say?"
"Trixie actually speak Spanish, Father."
*giggles*
"You are now the new Mr. and Mrs. Turner. Timmy, You may now kiss the bride."
*kiss*
Everybody clapped and they congratulated the newly-wed couple. The fairies also hugged them. Best wishes.

as for Vicky herself she was hereby locked in Prison and sentenced to nine thousand centillion wedgies with her pants off while in a pillory as it was done in the Dimmsdale Mascot Goat Affair for her abuses, (all the money accumulated from her babysitting racket were confiscated and turned over to Timmy through legal channels)
